Oral Appliance Studies
Oral appliance therapy has been well studied through clinical trials and cohort studies. While it does not reduce Apnea Hypopnea Index as well as CPAP therapy, it has been proven to be as effective in reducing cardiovascular risk, daytime sleepiness and mood disorders.
